AREA OF APPLICATION

Wire rods made of ordinary quality carbon steel produced according to GOST 30136-95 (ISO 8457-1-89) are used for:
– Tying and packaging various construction materials and industrial products;
– Manufacturing staples, nails, etc.;
– Producing general-purpose low-carbon steel wire and cold-drawn wire for reinforcing reinforced concrete structures (Vr1);
– Manufacturing decorative forged fences, gates, gazebos, canopies, etc.;
– Producing welded meshes for various purposes used in repair and construction works, as well as welded reinforcing meshes for the production of road slabs and fences.

Steel rope wire rods that meet the requirements of TU 14-1-5317-95 are used for:
– Producing carbon steel wire for reinforcing prestressed reinforced concrete structures (Vr2), and prestressed reinforced concrete sleepers for tramways and railways;
– Manufacturing wires for cores of steel-aluminum and steel-bronze conductors;
– Producing steel rope wires;
– Manufacturing carbon steel spring wires;
– Producing wires for binding cotton bales.

Wire rods made of quality non-alloy and special steels for cold bulk stamping, in accordance with GOST 1050-2013, are used for:
– Manufacturing wires for the production of screws and self-tapping screws by cold heading;
– Producing wires intended for cold heading of bolts and nuts.

Wire rods made of low-carbon and alloy steel grades, in accordance with GOST 2246-70, are used for:
– Processing into cold-drawn welding wires (surfacing wires) and manufacturing cores for electrodes.

Wire rod according to ASTM A510/510M-24 Standard Specification for General Requirements for Wire Rods and Coarse Round Wire, Carbon Steel, and Alloy Steel1:
– ASTM A510/A510M covers low-carbon non-alloy steel wire rod with good ductility and weldability, intended for further processing into soft wire, nails, and other products.

ADVANTAGES

The presence of a modern in-house steelmaking complex and the latest section rolling mill equipped with a two-stage water-air cooling line “Stelmor” enables the production of wire rods from various steel grades for a wide range of applications.

Automated selection of optimal deformation and thermal processing modes ensures the manufacture of new-generation metal products for the hardware industry. In particular, coil-rolled products made from low-carbon and low-alloy steel grades, which can undergo drawing with deformation degrees of 97.9…98.8% without the use of softening heat treatment, as well as coil-rolled products made from high-carbon steel grades intended for the production of steel wire ropes, wire reinforcement, springs, etc., capable of withstanding a total deformation degree of up to ~95%.

The certified “Central Factory Laboratory” is equipped with modern measuring instruments, testing equipment, and spectral analysis tools, enabling the enterprise to ensure compliance of the wire rod with technological regulations and normative documentation.

CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY

The quality of wire rod in serial production is certified by the Certificate of Conformity of the National Certification System of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
– dated 15.01.2025 No. UZ.SMT.01.0038.123535959
As well as by the Certificate of Conformity of the European Certification System:
